Tremlord
Vibrato Bar Systems
Invented by George B. Alan from Madison, Wisconsin, the Tremlord is a newly designed, Patent Pending vibrato bar system. It works independently and completely different from conventional whammy bar systems. The Tremlord is a much simpler design that has better tone and more sound effects, with less hassles. There are working prototypes, but I will not be sharing too much insight or any images of the complete system at this time. This is to protect my intellectual property and to allow for further development. What I am sharing, however, are the new expression bars that were designed for the Tremlord system, which also work on the other existing brands. Players that are already familiar with double locking, syncopated or other vintage type tremolo systems will be able to enjoy the new sound effects and benefits found from the new Tremlord bars. In the end, I look forward to sharing the complete Tremlord vibrato bar system, in its full fruition, as it becomes available!
Tremlord
Think you've heard it all before? Wait until you hear the Tremlord system and all its new sound effects. Innovation that can bring your guitar playing to the next level!
T-bar
The T-bar, also known as the Tailbender is the perfect alternative to the whammy bar. It's small, out of the way and ideal for smooth vibrato and deep string bends.
Tremlord 3 bar system
The Reaper arm bar, the Tailbender and the Wheelie bar. Three expression bars on the same unit.. the most powerful system imaginable!
A system for all types
This vintage style guitar is equipped with a Tailbender and packs a lot of twang! This "Fender-bender" greatly improves your ability to bend strings and add vibrato.
For any style of music
The T-bar is mounted on a modern LP style guitar with a double locking vibrato bar system. It's the ideal tool to detune your riffs and make wild string bends.
For all skill levels
No matter what skill level you are, the Tremlord system of interchangeable bars can help you discover new sounds and expand your musical vocabulary!
The T-bar has a finger-hook
You can latch onto the finger-hook with your pinkie finger and it gives you more control. Keep hold there while you play and get many chorus like effects and vibrato / tremolo sounds, even mini dive-bombs! You can also simply grab the T-bar, palm it on top, or lean back into it for endless fun and tweaks to your sound. It's an easy way to spice up your playing and help get notes into pitch. Even more, the T-bar is so sensitive, it can help you emulate the sound of other instruments, like the violin, or saxophone.. and other players too!
The T-bar is Fast!
The whammy bar can be fun to play with, but how many times do you really need a dive-bomb in your song? In fact, it's usually dangling around by the controls, which can cause you to stumble. Not so with the T-bar. It is always in the same place and right behind your hand. Exactly where you need it to make lighting fast pitch changes on the fly. The T-bar has a clear advantage here and you'll probably agree with me that it's the better tool for effects that guitarist actually use; vibrato and string bends!
No whammies!
I originally designed the T-bar for players that take the whammy bar off the guitar. It has sense proven to be a very useful and powerful tool in it's own right.
The Tailbender is discrete
There are a lot of guitars that just don't look good with a whammy bar on them. But the Tailbender (T-bar) is small and discrete. You can have the advantages of a vibrato bridge now, with out ruining the looks of your guitar.
Revolutionary
Vibrato and string bending are essential skills for any guitarist, but they're difficult and can take years to master. The T-bar is a tool that makes it easy to get smooth vibrato and perfect string bends. It can literally put those crucial sounds into the hands of any player.
Beginners will be able to start sounding good a lot sooner. Intermediates and weekend warriors can reach new levels without having to practice 8 hours a day. And advanced players will find the T-bar helps them discover new ways to expand their signature sound.
Secret weapon
The T-bar is like a secret weapon on your guitar that helps you get lush vibrato and deep, soulful string bends. Just lean back into it, pull it down or latch onto the finger hook and you'll be amazed at how many heads start turning when you play!
New looks, new sounds
These newly designed bars will definitely make your guitar stand out in the crowd. But they also provide a lot more uses and new sound effects that go far beyond the traditional whammy sounds. The Tremlord advantage is versatility and a selection of new expression bars that will inspire and fit the needs of any player.
Top View
The new Reaper arm bar is designed to be more useful. You can hold it while you play and grab it more quickly. It also gets new effects like metal on metal chirps, string rakes and, wait for it.. bar under string lodge; for wicked detunings!
3 bars, 3 distinct sounds
The arm bar is long and some lever action is absorbed by the bar. This gives it a slower reaction and loose, almost flabby sounding vibrato. The T-bar, by contrast is short and tight, with no give at all. It is way more sensitive and versatile. The wheelie bar has very little give, like the T-bar, making it very sensitive. But it also has the added leverage advantage, allowing you to throw the pitch up or down at absolute maniac levels!
